Let's Talk Family Ministry


In just two short weeks, we have a great opportunity for leaders in Central Kentucky to come together to learn from some of the best experts in family ministry on the D6 Connect Tour. If you're in the area, I hope you'll join us for a fantastic morning.

What Is It?
A chance to hear from experienced voices in family ministry, network with other ministry leaders and catch a vision for family ministry in your church.  Check out this short video to learn more.

When Is It?
Wednesday, May 25th, 10:00 - Noon.

Where Is It?
Southland Christian Church, Harrodsburg Road Campus, Building D.

Who’s It For?  
It’s for Children’s Ministry, Student Ministry and Family Ministry staff and volunteers throughout the church.  Basically anyone who cares about building bridges between the church and home to influence kids and students.  

How Do People Register?

Who’s Speaking?

Ron Hunter
Ron is the Executive Director and CEO of Randall House Publishing and the founder of the D6 Family Ministry Conference.  He’s written several books such as the DNA of D6, 21st Century Youth Ministry, and Toy Box Leadership.  

Ron is passionate about helping churches get intentional about discipling and equipping families to change the world.

Eddie Moody
Eddie is a counselor, professor and pastor who write a book for students called Surviving Culture, When Character and Your World Collide to help students thrive in their culture while having a real impact on the world around them.

Eddie thinks God’s at work in our culture and talks a lot about guys like Daniel and his friends who made a huge difference in their world while remaining faithful to God.  

Timothy Paul Jones
Timothy is a pastor and professor and author who has written Practical Family Ministry, Family Ministry Field Guide and and Finding God in a Galaxy Far, Far Away (Yes, it’s about Star Wars!)

He’s all about helping churches develop family ministry practices that will last and is super excited about partnering with parents to teach kids how to defend their faith.
